(Project Overview)

Who we built this for

Client Background

A Web3 product team building a crypto exchange experience that combines trading, staking, token launches, and swap flows for retail and DeFi users.

The Challenge

Crypto users needed one platform to explore markets, stake assets, participate in IDOs, swap tokens, and trade perpetual futures — but most tools were scattered across separate dApps with inconsistent UX and no unified wallet experience.

Our Solution

Designed and developed a full Web3 exchange interface with a marketing home page, staking pool discovery, pool investment dashboards, IDO project listings, ApeX trading with charts and positions, and a swap experience with live market data.

(The Challenge)

Problems we were brought in to solve

01

Manual Data Entry Overload

Staff were spending 6+ hours daily copying data between spreadsheets, supplier emails, and the ERP system — a process prone to errors and delays.

02

No Real-Time Visibility

Managers had no single view of workflow status. Every update required manually checking multiple systems or calling the operations team.

03

Fragmented Communication

Supplier onboarding involved 12-step email chains. A single missed reply could delay freight clearance by days.

04

Legacy System Constraints

The existing ERP had no public API. Any integration had to be built around screen scraping and CSV exports — brittle and slow.

(Our Solution)

How we solved it

CoinXchange was built as a complete DeFi product surface: users land on a feature-rich home page, move into staking pools with APY comparisons, drill into individual pool analytics, explore completed IDO projects, and trade on perpetual futures or swap assets from connected wallets.

The interface uses a consistent dark Web3 design system across every module — trending assets, market tables, order books, balance panels, invest/redeem flows, and FAQ content — giving users a premium exchange feel without jumping between disconnected tools.

What We Built

  • Marketing home page with hero, Web3 product grid, live markets, and onboarding steps
  • Staking pools page with trending assets, APY cards, and filterable pool tables
  • Pool detail dashboard with price charts, portfolio PnL, TVL, and invest/redeem actions
  • IDO page with completed project cards, ROI stats, and fundraising progress
  • ApeX perpetual trading dashboard with candlestick charts, order book, and positions table
  • Swap page with token exchange widget, market charts, liquidity pools, and fee breakdown
  • Wallet connect entry point and unified navigation across staking, IDO, swap, and trading

(Design & Development Process)

From research to live product

01

Research

Week 1–2

Stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and a full audit of the existing ERP and communication stack. Defined scope, priorities, and success metrics.

Deliverables

  • Workflow audit report
  • Tech stack decision
  • Project roadmap

02

UI/UX Design

Week 3–4

Wireframed every dashboard screen and workflow builder interaction. High-fidelity Figma prototypes reviewed and approved by the operations team before development began.

Deliverables

  • Figma prototypes
  • Component library
  • User flow diagrams

03

Development

Week 5–10

Sprint-based build with weekly demos. Backend API, n8n workflow engine, and React dashboard built in parallel by dedicated squads with daily standups.

Deliverables

  • Backend API (FastAPI)
  • n8n workflow engine
  • React dashboard

04

Testing

Week 11–12

End-to-end testing across all workflows, load testing for 500 concurrent automations, UAT with the client's operations team, and accessibility audit.

Deliverables

  • QA test report
  • UAT sign-off
  • Performance benchmarks
