Terms of Service

By using the Softlvy website or starting a project with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our services.

Project-specific agreements, proposals, invoices, or statements of work may include additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Softlvy provides design, development, automation, consulting, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, revisions, and fees for each project are defined in the relevant proposal or agreement.

We may recommend third-party platforms, tools, plugins, hosting, or integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and may require separate accounts or fees.

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, required content, access credentials, brand assets, and approvals needed for us to perform the work.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide are lawful and that you have the rights needed for us to use them in the project.

Fees, deposits, milestones, payment schedules, and late-payment rules are described in the project proposal or invoice. Work may pause if required payments are not received on time.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new estimate, timeline adjustment, or written approval before implementation.

After full payment, you receive the rights described in the project agreement for final approved deliverables. Softlvy may retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, processes, and internal know-how.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, social channels, and sales materials.

The website and services are provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, search rankings, revenue, or platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softlvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
