Client Background
A surrogacy services platform helping intended parents, surrogates, and agencies discover, connect, and manage relationships through a trusted digital marketplace.
The Challenge
The surrogacy journey involves multiple stakeholders — parents, surrogates, and agencies — but discovery, communication, and profile management were fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected listing tools.
Our Solution
Built a full-featured matching platform with dedicated parent and surrogate discovery pages, agency membership flows, profile management, in-dashboard favorites, and a secure messaging experience for ongoing conversations.

Staff were spending 6+ hours daily copying data between spreadsheets, supplier emails, and the ERP system — a process prone to errors and delays.

Managers had no single view of workflow status. Every update required manually checking multiple systems or calling the operations team.

Supplier onboarding involved 12-step email chains. A single missed reply could delay freight clearance by days.

The existing ERP had no public API. Any integration had to be built around screen scraping and CSV exports — brittle and slow.

Find Surrogate was designed to simplify a sensitive and complex journey: intended parents and surrogates can browse structured profiles, save favorites, and start conversations from one platform while agencies manage memberships and public-facing brand pages.
The experience includes a welcoming home page, searchable parent and surrogate listings, agency membership plans, profile management for agencies, and dashboard tools for favorites and messages — all wrapped in a calm, trust-focused interface.

Stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and a full audit of the existing ERP and communication stack. Defined scope, priorities, and success metrics.
